Sessions may include an assessment of the injury, treatment, and a review of progress.
We will also plan your personal and progressive exercise programme that will help you to recover and return to your normal daily activities or sport as quickly as possible.
The first treatment is usually 75 or 90 minutes long, and follow-up treatments can be either 60, 75, or 90 minutes.
